Olivia Rose Curry is a filmmaker and athlete based in Chicago. After graduating from Northwestern University’s Radio/TV/Film program, her first paid jobs were shooting nightclub videos for cash and stunt doubling for fight scenes in a Hollywood movie. These days, she makes commercials for production company Picture North and no longer has to hold the camera unless she really wants to.

In her commercial and personal work, she’s interested in telling emotionally honest stories that explore the connection between our minds and our bodies.

She believes that having a holistic understanding of production through post makes her a better director, and exploring the world outside of set as a professional boxer makes her a better storyteller.
